Capacity Building

Leadership is an art that centers on people. My approach to leadership development is responsive, collaborative, and designed for leaders to grow and thrive.

Coaching: 1:1 coaching sessions begin with a formal assessment to explore needs, identify goals, plans, and barriers to success, and then transition into strategy sessions for growth, improvement, and accountability.

Leadership Circles: Small group cohorts of leaders and aspiring leaders who, with the help of skilled facilitation, provide mutual support and honest critical feedback to trusted participants, focused on monitoring progress towards achieving goals while being supportive truth-tellers.

High-functioning teams get results. To make this happen, you must create the conditions that lead to success. Invest resources into intentional opportunities for team building.

I am your design, facilitation, and evaluation partner for all things organizational culture and climate. We will use various methods to engage adults and children in experiences that build trust, connection, and collaboration to harness the power of community.

I work with school leaders and teams to design responsive strategic plans for improvement and growth. The processes are rooted in human-centered design and begin with empathy to truly understand school communities and the challenges they face.
